All services are provided based solely on the information supplied by the client.

A notarization verifies the identity of the signer and the willingness to sign.
A notarization does not:

• Confirm the accuracy, legality, or truthfulness of the document

• Provide legal advice

• Guarantee acceptance by any agency or institution

Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents before signing.

Precision Notary & Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Immigration form assistance is limited to:

• Translating information provided by the client

• Entering client‑provided information onto forms

• Helping clients understand general instructions

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

We assist clients with preparing, submitting, and tracking apostille requests through the Illinois Secretary of State.
Precision Notary & Services LLC does not issue apostilles.
Only the Illinois Secretary of State has the authority to issue apostilles or authentication certificates

Tax preparation is based solely on the documents and information provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for reviewing their tax return before submission.
Precision Notary & Services LLC is not responsible for penalties or fees resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments and begins the preparation process for your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits are used to reserve time, travel, and document preparation and are non‑refundable in cases of cancellation or no‑show.

Travel fees, after‑hours fees, shipping fees, and additional service charges may apply.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Mobile appointments require the client to be present with valid identification at the scheduled time.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Present valid, unexpired identification

• Review all documents before signing

• Confirm all personal information is correct

Precision Notary & Services LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

All client information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of completing the requested service.
We do not sell or share client information with third parties.

Precision Notary & Services LLC is not liable for:

• Delays caused by government agencies

• Rejection of documents by third parties

• Errors resulting from client‑provided information

• Lost or delayed mail handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspicion of fraud

• Invalid identification

• Unsafe environment

• Non‑compliance with service requirements

By scheduling or receiving services from Precision Notary & Services LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
